1) Overview:

The hook of a crane is a critical component used in lifting equipment to connect the load and the crane, and it can safely grasp and lift heavy objects.

In order to increase the lifting capacity of the crane and control the movement of the load, CTECH Machinery Sdn Bhd can provide various special purpose crane hooks according to different application scenarios, such as C-type hooks and plate type hooks.

Material adopted

High strength steel, especially alloy steel

Manufacturing technique

1) Forging: Improve the strength and toughness of the crane hook.

2) CNC milling: capable of producing complex hook shapes.

3) Heat treatment: can optimize the strength and toughness of the hook material.

4) Surface treatment: can improve corrosion resistance and extend the service life of the hook.
